Superb Powder Skiing in the Chugach, AK!
Hello Dear Ski Divas and Friends Thereof!
Jessica Baker here from mile 45 north of Valdez, AK at Alaska Rendezvous Heli-Guides Lodge. Yesterday was my first day guiding since my arrival, and the skiing conditions are as as good as it gets! Take an above normal snow pack and add another 40 cm (16 inches) of perfect 5% water 15F, light fluffy snow, and you get some of the best conditions in Chugach history!
